How it all started
Awaves was born in the Hive01 Startup Incubator in Enschede. That’s where most of the team met as well! The founders had a vision that music at student house parties could be so much better with the help of technology.

We’re a tight team of students from UTwente in the Netherlands. We all love music, but not the same genres. We wanted a tool that could generate a music mix that we would all be happy with. That’s how Awaves was born!
